Right near the university, these three cozy residences at Max Tendler Straße 6-10, built in 1940, make an ideal base for our roof addition. The two-story, subtly designed architecture of the extension blends in seamlessly with the neighboring buildings. The new exterior elevator to the rooftop addition can be accessed through the courtyard or the basement of the middle house. From there, a covered walkway balcony leads to the new light-filled attic apartments.

Each individual apartment has been carefully and individually planned. Whether compact or sprawling, our functional floor plans make ideal use of the existing space. Rooms connect harmoniously together. In addition to these well-planned interior spaces, each unit also has a compelling private outdoor area from where one can enjoy an excellent view of the surroundings.

neighborhood

Everything on foot...

The Mur River meanders through the city center here, quite romantic, and with the added benefit of always being on the water. And that’s not the only thing that makes the location of the three apartment buildings on Max Tendler Straße 6-10 perfect. They are right in the center of town, adjacent to the university, and only a few minutes by foot from the railway station.

Actually, pretty much everything is close by: the main square with lots of restaurants and a shopping center, the City Park, the Kunsthalle, and the hospital. Pharmacies, schools, the Municipal Office, and lots of useful shops are also just a stone’s throw away.


Leoben — an important economic and cultural center of Upper Styria — is also home to the Montanuniversität, Austria’s only university of metallurgy and mining. With around 4,000 students, the university contributes to the international and youthful atmosphere of Styria’s second largest town.
